So. I am taking stock. I need to get moving and lose some of the spare tire that has been growing since...I don't know...college? I need something to document my attempt to get a bit more healthy and, if in the process I lose weight, then great. That isn't the point. The point is to get off my ass and get moving!
Today, I walked from work to the train station. 30 minutes, 1.58 miles. Love endomondo!
Hopefully on weekends, I do a bit more!
